Tends mahcine that sprays adhesive onto sheets of material and
presses material together to form stock for manufacturing
hatbrims and crowns: Secures rolls of material, such as cotton,
paper, or wool, on holders of machine. Starts machine and
inesrts ends of sheets between feed rollers that carry materials
under spray nozzle for application of adhesive.
Aligns edges of
coated sheets as sheets pass under heaetd presser rollers,
forming hatbrim and crown stock.
Fills machine reservoir with
premxied adhesive. Turns bolts to adjust clearance of presser
rollers to accommodate thickness of material to be joined, using
wrench.
